This 18,400 SF mixed-use project is located on the corner of Edgewood Avenue and Boulevard in downtown Atlanta. This project was situated on the site such that three sides of the building abutted the property line and the fourth side was set back approximately 10 feet. The building is a steel frame with concrete and block. The building exterior is brick and stucco with storefront and curtain wall. The are very few, if any, square corners on this building. 

Designed by plexus r + d, plans for this project include residential, restaurant and retail space.
