The scope of work consisted of the tenant build-out of a clinic and physician-owned Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) on two separate floors in an existing three-story medical office building. The total square footage of the space was 7,389 sf.

 

Some of the features of this project included a fast-track phased construction schedule, interior demolition, reinforcement of the existing 2nd-floor elevated floor system with steel beams to support new surgical equipment, new plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems throughout, including a new med-gas system and fire sprinkler modifications, new Emergency Standby generator system, voice/data/nurse call systems were installed, finishes included sheet vinyl welded flooring, LVT, rubber base, solid core wood doors, hard tile, plastic laminate millwork, painting and acoustical ceiling systems.  

Additionally we were under the jurisdiction of three different inspecting agencies: the City of Suwanee, Gwinnett County, and the State of Georgia.
