Interior build out of a 4,800 sf Ambulatory Surgical Center for Atlanta Spine.  The buildout included the complete demo of the space, upgrading the electrical and gas services to the building, installation of required Life Safety systems required in ASC’s and all finishes.  Due to code requirements, we installed a new fire suppression system for the entire building including a new 6” fire service and sprinkler system on all floors of the building in occupied tenant spaces as well as the new space.  The specific ASC building systems that were installed included Medical Gas (Oxygen and Vacuum), Nurse Call System, Fire Alarm and Emergency Power System.  The ASC included two Operating Rooms, two Pre-Op and three PACU rooms, Sterile and Soiled Process Rooms, Nurses Station as well as other common and office areas.
