Retrofit of an existing 10,000 sf building to include multiple event spaces including commercial kitchens, offices and exterior improvements. This project also consisted of a full exterior building envelope renovation, including the replacement of the existing materials with a new storefront, stucco/EIFS, driveway canopy and metal panels.
