​​​​The Suwanee location is a one-story, 24,500 SF, ground-up medical office building with 3.7 acres of site development. Interior construction/finishes consisted of ACT, gypsum board walls and ceilings, LVT flooring, paint/wall coverings, wood doors, plastic laminate cabinetry with solid surface countertops. The exterior shell consisted of stone veneer, EIFS, Aluminum Storefront/curtainwall, and aluminum composite metal panels. ​
